Founders

Sergei Gotin

Co-founder and Managing Partner

Consultant, trainer and expert in planning, monitoring and evaluation of projects and programmes.

Specialisation: planning, monitoring and evaluation of projects and programmes; organisational development and strategic planning; methodology of project appraisal. Sergei advises governmental, international, civic, social, faith-based organisations and businesses, and works as an expert on regional technical-assistance projects in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus. More than twenty years of consulting practice and over fifteen years of training experience.

Over the years he has appraised or evaluated more than 1,000 projects with a combined budget above USD 30 million, trained and advised over 500 project managers and developed strategies for more than 30 organisations. Author of books and articles on project appraisal, organisational development methodology and project and programme planning. Physicist by education; EBRD-accredited business consultant; member of international professional associations in evaluation and consulting.

Uladzislau Vialichka

Co-founder and Senior Partner

Consultant, trainer and expert in organisational development and management in the non-profit sector.

Specialisation: managing change in organisations, project management, monitoring and evaluation of projects and programmes, international development cooperation, adult and lifelong education. Uladzislau has more than twenty-five years of experience in the non-governmental sector of Eastern Europe and has worked as an organisational-development consultant since 2002, taking part in a number of research projects on civil society.

He has led about three hundred educational programmes, trainings, workshops, seminars and conferences for young people, students, teachers, university lecturers, community activists and representatives of non-governmental organisations from across Europe. Author of publications on civic, non-formal and intercultural education, active learning methods, organisational development and evaluation. Member of international professional associations in the field of evaluation.
